01. The Game

Biff has gotten hold of the Delorean and is wreaking havoc on the space time continuum (i.e. he’s ruining pop culture as you remember it)!   Travel to the 80s,90s,00s,10s etc. and decode puzzles, crack codes and submit photos and videos that may just stop Biff.  Knowledge about your favourite decade may just help your team save the day.

The most nostalgic escape room style game your team will ever play!  Travel through your favorite decades solving puzzles and a lot more in this Back to the Future inspired game.

02. Gameday

On game day, our MC will welcome players and take them through the rules of the game. Our zoom master then breaks participants into teams where they will begin completing challenges using the Social Scavenger web software. With time ticking, teams must work their way through the challenges, quickness and accuracy leading them to the top! Hints are available if you get stuck - but beware they do cost points! 

03. When the Clock Runs out….

All players will be brought back to our main room where you’ll discover the fun isn’t over yet.  Voting on the best photos, a media reel and of course the big reveal!  Did anyone stop Biff?  The winner’s ceremony - all part of an amazing wrap up that brings the event together.   

Setting up your Virtual Game

Once you book a game you’ll work with a game producer who will take you through the game day logistics, customization options and make sure everything runs perfectly on your big day.  We typically host on Zoom but are happy to work with Teams etc.  Your game producer will make it easy.   Post-game, we can provide souvenir posters and even videos!  Remote teams LOVE this game.

FAQs:

Q:   Do we need pop culture knowledge to win? 

A:  Not especially.  Pop culture is usually in the reveal of the answer.  It sure won’t hurt, but you don’t need to be a pop-culture savant to have a great time here.

Q:  How long is this game?

A:  We suggest 90 minutes.  It’ll fly by - trust us!  We also have a 60 minute version.

A: We can do anything!  That said, if you want an out of the box super customized escape game check out Who Kidnapped YOUR Boss .  If you really want your virtual teams in 80s gear etc - let's chat.

Q:  Can this game be customized?

A:  The process is very straightforward and your dedicated game producer will get you anything you need (mostly a link for game day and a willing team of players)!

Q:  How much work is it for me (the one booking this)?

A:  100% you can play!  Our hosts and facilitators take care of everything on game day so you are free to join the game as a player and have just as much fun as the team.

Q:  Can event organizers play?

A:  Our origins are in photo and video-based challenge games so we’ve found some really fun ways to bring ‘media’ into the game.  Media challenges are presented back to the group as a great way to experience what other teams did.  They are private to you.

A:  No need.  The prize is bragging rights (but you are welcome to include some - maybe a vintage Nintendo :).
